Project Coordinator (Full-Time, Hybrid)

We seek a highly motivated and versatile professional to support all aspects of managing and coordinating projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background and passion for the web industry, who is detail-oriented, good with people, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
While your responsibilities will be diverse and evolving, your primary focus will be to ensure smooth operations across all projects, seamless communication between clients and internal teams, and assist a senior partner with various project-related tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attend client and internal meetings, take detailed notes, and turn them into actionable tasks.
- Manage the project management system by creating, assigning, and tracking tasks.
- Communicate needs and deadlines with clients, team members, and contractors.
- Maintain proactive client communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor project scope, budgets, and timelines to keep projects on track.
- Create and process Statements of Work (SOW) and Change of Scope (COS).
- Confirm deliverables meet requirements and Plaudit's high standards by conducting quality assurance checks.
- Support the senior partners with various ad-hoc tasks.

Additional requirements include:
- Proven project management experience in an agency or as a freelancer.
- Experience or knowledge of web design, web development, and Internet marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to deftly manage a variety of clients and projects concurrently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilience in handling stress and navigating challenging client conversations (e.g., timeline issues) with composure, empathy, and friendliness.
- Proactive and eager to assist, with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges.
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Must reside in the Twin Cities area.
